Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services per PetSmart standards.
- Greet pet parents, manage check-in/out, reservations, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness, ensure pet safety, and respond to sick/injured pets.
- Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational skills, attention to safety, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and exposure to wet/hairy environments with animals.
