Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and maintain cleanliness. Ideal for animal lovers seeking entry-level pet care roles with flexible schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and consultations in-person/phone/register.
- Ensure safe environment; report/transport sick/injured pets immediately.
- Recommend merchandise/services; assist other departments as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, pressure-handling, flexible availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands: lift 50lbs, stand/walk extensively, work in wet/noisy environments with animals.
