Role Overview

PetSmart's Professional Bather delivers exceptional salon services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety standards. This entry-level role in our Greenville store involves hands-on pet care, customer interactions, and maintaining a clean environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential in this dynamic pet retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per PetSmart standards.
• Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and recommend health/wellness solutions.
• Ensure pet safety, report and transport sick/injured pets, and maintain salon/store cleanliness.
• Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow all policies while fostering a culture of recognition.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, composure under pressure, and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand extensively, and work in wet/noisy environments with animals. Passion for pets is key.
