Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and maintain a clean environment. Ideal for animal lovers seeking rewarding entry-level work with flexible schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Greet pet parents, manage reservations, check-in/out procedures.
- Ensure pet safety; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Recommend products/services and maintain store cleanliness.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, pressure-handling, flexible availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hairy environments, animal exposure.
