Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Hamilton, Ontario location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling and career advancement potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Recommend health solutions and sell merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure safe environment for pets/associates.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy pet environments.
