Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Ensure safe environments; transport sick pets to vets as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and recommend health/wellness solutions.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, communication prowess, and comfort lifting 50+ lbs in a pet-filled, wet environment with moderate noise.
