Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Hollywood store, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic pet retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend health solutions, and assist other departments.
- Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, communication prowess, and comfort lifting 50+ lbs. Thrive in fast-paced settings with pets, pet hair, and moderate noise.
