Role Overview

Our Professional Pet Bather delivers exceptional salon services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment, with opportunities to advance in pet grooming and retail leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and provide pet parent consultations.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and recommend health/wellness products.
• Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet as needed.
• Assist other departments and follow all policies.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required – we'll train you! Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a wet, pet-filled environment with moderate noise.
