Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services like bathing, brushing, nail trims, and more. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and maintain salon cleanliness while contributing to store-wide success.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Perform full bath/brush services independently per company standards.
- Ensure safe environment; address sick/injured pets immediately.
- Recommend merchandise/services and maintain cleanliness.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet passion, computer proficiency, pressure-handling, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and exposure to wet/hairy environments with animals.
