Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Houston, Texas location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling and career advancement potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions in-person and via phone.
• Ensure safe environments, report sick/injured pets, and transport to vet if needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, recommend health/wellness solutions, and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy environments with animals.
