Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and maintain cleanliness. Perfect for animal lovers seeking flexible, rewarding entry-level work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, greet pet parents, answer questions.
- Ensure safe environment; address sick/injured pets immediately, transport to vet as needed.
- Recommend merchandise/services, share health solutions based on pet needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness, assist other departments, follow policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, pressure-handling composure, flexible availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, attention to safety/detail, strong communication. Physical demands: lift 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), stand/walk, handle pets in wet/noisy environment.
