Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Idaho Falls, ID store, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, and teeth brushing, while upholding safety standards and store cleanliness. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Independently perform full menu of bath services per PetSmart standards. Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and recommend health solutions.
Safety & Cleanliness
Maintain safe environments for pets, associates, and customers. Report and transport sick/injured pets. Keep salon and store spotless.
Team Support
Assist other departments, sell merchandise, and participate in recognition culture. Follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—complete our Splash training. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and exposure to wet/hairy environments with animals.
