Role Overview
PetSmart’s Professional Pet Bather delivers exceptional salon services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety standards. This entry-level role involves hands-on pet care, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean, safe environment in our vibrant pet retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and recommend health solutions.
- Ensure pet safety, respond to injuries by transporting to vets, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Sell services/merchandise and assist other departments while following all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and composure under pressure. Must handle physical demands like lifting 50+ lbs, standing for shifts, and working in wet, noisy environments with animals. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays essential. Computer skills for operations required.

Responsibilities
