Role Overview

As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents and their furry friends, delivering professional bath services in a safe, welcoming salon environment. This entry-level role supports store operations, upholds PetSmart's values, and shares cleanliness duties across departments. Ideal for animal lovers with flexible availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Master PetSmart’s Splash training for safe, expert bathing.
• Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and consultations with pet parents.
• Perform full grooming services: baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary care.
• Promote wellness solutions and merchandise based on pet needs.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and pet safety standards.

Experience & Skills

No prior grooming experience required—training provided. Seek candidates with strong communication, organizational skills, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand for shifts, and work evenings/weekends/holidays. Passion for pets and attention to safety essential in this physical role amid wet environments and moderate noise.
