Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Kapolei salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with room to advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and consultations in-person/phone/register.
- Ensure safe environment; respond to sick/injured pets, transport to vet if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend/sell merchandise/services, assist other departments.
- Follow policies, participate in recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, attention to safety/detail, strong communication. Physical demands: lift 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), stand/walk, handle pets in wet/noisy environment.
