Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety, cleanliness, and PetSmart's vision. Full-time role with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Maintain safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Recommend solutions, sell merchandise, and assist other departments.
- Ensure store cleanliness and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level opportunity requiring pet handling passion, computer skills, composure under pressure, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and wet/hairy environments with live animals.
