Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care while upholding PetSmart's vision of superior grooming standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush services independently.
- Greet pet parents, manage reservations, check-in/out procedures.
- Recommend health solutions, sell merchandise, maintain salon cleanliness.
- Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment.
