Role Overview
The Pet Bather role delivers exceptional salon services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety/cleanliness standards. This entry-level position suits animal lovers with flexible schedules, offering hands-on pet care in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments.
- Follow policies, participate in Belonging culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior grooming experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, pressure-handling, flexible availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hairy environments, animal exposure.
