Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Las Vegas, Nevada salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary shaves per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, answer questions, and manage reservations.
• Ensure safe environments, respond to sick/injured pets, and maintain cleanliness.
• Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments as needed.

Experience & Skills

No prior grooming experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, and ability to lift 50+ lbs. Must thrive in fast-paced settings with evenings, weekends, holidays. Strong communication, organization, and composure under pressure essential. Physical demands include standing, bending, exposure to wet/hair-filled environments and moderate noise.
