Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Las Vegas salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and provide outstanding pet parent experiences.
- Ensure safe environments, respond to sick/injured pets, and recommend wellness solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness, sell merchandise, and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet passion, computer skills, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, organizational prowess, communication strengths, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in pet hair/wet environments.
