Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Leduc store, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with full training provided through our Splash program.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per PetSmart standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and safety; respond to pet health issues.
- Recommend wellness products/services and assist other departments as needed.
- Uphold company policies and participate in recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in pet environments.
