Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering top-tier salon services like baths, brush-outs, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care. Uphold PetSmart's vision while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full menu of bath services per company standards.
- Recommend health solutions and sell merchandise.
- Maintain safe, clean salon environment and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet handling comfort, customer service skills, organizational prowess, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a wet, pet-filled environment. Strong communication and composure under pressure essential.
