Role Overview

PetSmart's Professional Bather delivers exceptional salon services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety standards. This entry-level role in our vibrant Little Rock store involves hands-on pet care, customer interactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Ideal for animal lovers seeking flexible, rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per PetSmart standards.
• Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and recommend wellness solutions/merchandise.
• Ensure pet safety, report sick/injured animals, and transport to vet as needed.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments.
• Follow all policies, embracing our culture of Belonging and Recognition.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Successful candidates demonstrate computer proficiency, composure under pressure, schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays), organizational skills, attention to safety/detail, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, stooping in a pet hair/wet environment with moderate-high noise and live animal exposure.
