PetSmart's Professional Pet Bather delivers exceptional salon services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety standards. This entry-level role in our Lloydminster store involves hands-on pet care, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean environment. Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle pet parent interactions, reservations, check-in/out procedures.
- Perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary care per standards.
- Recommend health/wellness products and ensure pet safety.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet-handling passion, computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hairy environments, and animal exposure. Depth perception and composure under pressure essential.
