Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Loganville, GA store, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Physical Demands

Stand, walk, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet/hairy conditions with moderate to high noise, handle live animals, and climb ladders. Depth perception required; accommodations available.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
• Greet pet parents, manage check-in/out, reservations, and consultations in-person/phone/register.
• Ensure safe environment, act on sick/injured pets, recommend wellness solutions and merchandise.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow all policies, embracing our mission and values.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Seek animal lovers with computer proficiency, pressure-handling composure, organizational detail-orientation, and strong communication. Passion for pets and customer service essential.
