Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our London, Ontario salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, ensure pet safety, and delight pet parents. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience, customer interaction, and career advancement in pet retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and ensure safe environments.
- Assist departments, respond to pet emergencies, and follow policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet passion, customer service skills, computer proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, organizational detail, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and wet/hairy environments with animals.
