Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our London, Ontario location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold pet safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling and career advancement potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations in-person or by phone.
• Ensure safe environments, identify sick/injured pets, and transport to vets as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, recommend products/services, and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Must lift 50+ lbs, work flexible hours (evenings/weekends/holidays), and handle pets in a wet, noisy environment with pet hair exposure.
