Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while ensuring pet safety and parent satisfaction. Engage customers, perform grooming tasks, and uphold PetSmart's standards in a dynamic pet retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions in-person/phone/register.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, ensure safe environment for pets/associates/parents.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, assist other departments as needed.
- Follow all policies, participate in recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Computer proficiency, strong communication skills.
- Flexible schedule for evenings/weekends/holidays.
- Organizational skills, composure under pressure, attention to safety.
Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift 50+ lbs, work in wet/noisy environment with animals. Depth perception required; accommodations available.
