Role Overview
Our Professional Pet Bathers deliver exceptional salon services, ensuring positive experiences for pets and pet parents. This entry-level role involves bathing, grooming services, customer engagement, and maintaining a safe, clean environment in our vibrant Maple store.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, ensuring safety.
- Recommend health solutions, sell merchandise, and uphold cleanliness.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required – we provide training! Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment.
