Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and maintain a clean environment. Perfect for animal lovers seeking entry-level pet care roles with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Ensure pet safety, report issues, and transport to vet if needed.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments.
- Recommend products/services to enhance pet health.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, pressure-handling, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands: lift 50+ lbs, stand/walk extensively, work in wet/noisy pet environments.
