Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Mayfield Heights, Ohio location, you'll engage pet parents and their dogs, delivering exceptional salon services like bathing, brushing, nail trims, and more. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness while working flexibly across evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Independently perform full bath/brush services per PetSmart standards. Handle check-in/out, reservations, and greet pet parents with enthusiasm.
Safety & Wellness
Maintain a safe environment for pets, associates, and customers. Identify and act on sick/injured pets, transporting to vets as needed. Share health solutions based on pet needs.
Store Support
Recommend merchandise/services, uphold cleanliness, assist other departments, and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—complete our Splash training! Need strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, composure under pressure, and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs in a pet-filled, wet environment with moderate noise.
