Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Memphis location, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and provide outstanding pet parent experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and ensure pet safety, including vet transport if needed.
- Assist departments, follow policies, and participate in recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer skills, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, organizational prowess, communication strengths, and composure under pressure. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in wet/noisy pet environments.
