Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Menifee, CA salon, you'll engage pet parents and their furry friends, delivering top-tier bath services while upholding safety and cleanliness. This entry-level role offers flexibility, development opportunities, and the joy of making paws sparkle daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Master PetSmart’s Splash training for safe, professional bathing.
- Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and consultations with pet parents.
- Perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services.
- Recommend wellness solutions and sell merchandise based on pet needs.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and ensure pet safety, including vet transports.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, composure under pressure, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in pet hair-filled environments.
