Role Overview

As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents and their pets, delivering salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care. Uphold PetSmart's vision while ensuring pet safety, store cleanliness, and exceptional customer experiences. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations in-person or by phone.
• Independently perform full grooming services per company standards.
• Recommend health/wellness products and solutions based on pet needs.
• Maintain safe environments, respond to sick/injured pets, and assist other departments.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required – we'll train you! Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Must be flexible for evenings, weekends, holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, stooping in a pet-filled, wet environment with moderate noise.
