Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional salon services like bathing, brushing, nail trims, and teeth cleaning. Uphold safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to positive pet experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full menu of bath services independently per company standards.
- Identify sick/injured pets and arrange vet transport.
- Recommend health solutions, sell merchandise, and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring pet passion, computer proficiency, pressure handling, flexible scheduling, organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, wet/hairy environments, and animal exposure.
