Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and provide wellness recommendations.
- Maintain safety standards, report sick pets, and ensure a clean salon/store.
- Sell merchandise/services and assist other departments as needed.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, composure under pressure, and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs in a wet, pet-filled environment with moderate noise.
