Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in Mission Valley, CA, you'll engage pet parents, deliver salon services like baths, brushes, nail trims, and more, while upholding safety standards and store cleanliness. Share responsibility across departments for a dynamic role making daily impacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Perform full bath/brush services per PetSmart standards.
- Ensure safe environments; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Recommend products/services and maintain cleanliness.
Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift 50lbs frequently (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet/hairy environments with moderate-high noise and live animals.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level welcome. Need computer proficiency, pressure composure, flexible scheduling, organizational detail, and communication skills. Passion for pets required.
