Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Mississauga salon, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic pet retail environment with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart Splash training and perform full bath/brush,nail trims,teeth brushing,sanitary services.
- Handle check-in/out,greeting pet parents,making reservations,sales recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness,safety standards;respond to sick/injured pets.
- Assist other departments and uphold company policies.
Experience & Skills
Required Skills
- Pet handling proficiency and safety awareness.
- Strong customer service,communication,organization.
- Computer skills,flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays.
Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively,lift 50lbs frequently (team lift 100lbs+),work in wet/noisy environment with animals. Depth perception required.
