Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Mississauga salon, you'll engage pet parents, deliver exceptional bathing services, and uphold safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services.
- Maintain store cleanliness and recommend health solutions.
- Ensure safe environment; assist with sick pets and other departments.
Experience & Skills
Required Skills
- Pet handling proficiency and customer service focus.
- Computer skills, pressure handling, and schedule flexibility.
- Organizational detail, safety awareness, and communication excellence.
Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), work in wet/hairy environments with moderate-high noise and live animals.
