Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Mobile, AL salon, you'll deliver exceptional bathing services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and maintain cleanliness. Full-time role with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Physical Demands
Stand/walk extensively, lift up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), work in wet/hairy environments with moderate-high noise and live animals. Depth perception required; accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, greet pet parents, answer questions, manage reservations.
- Ensure safe environment; act on sick/injured pets, transport to vet as needed.
- Recommend/sell merchandise/services; assist other departments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and participate in Belonging/Recognition culture.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level welcome. Need computer proficiency, composure under pressure, organizational/detail skills, strong communication. Passion for pets essential.
