Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and maintain cleanliness. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact in a pet-loving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, sanitary services per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations in-person/phone/register.
- Ensure safe environment; address sick/injured pets immediately, transport to vet as needed.
- Recommend merchandise/services and maintain store cleanliness.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need computer proficiency, pressure composure, flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays), organizational skills, and strong communication. Physical demands: lift 50lbs, team lift 100lbs+, stand/walk extensively, work in wet/noisy/pet hair environment.
