Role Overview

Our Professional Pet Bather delivers exceptional salon services, engages pet parents, and upholds safety standards. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience in a dynamic retail environment, with opportunities to advance in grooming or leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend health/wellness solutions.
• Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
• Assist other departments and follow all policies.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required – we'll train you! Ideal candidates have computer proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled, wet environment with moderate noise.
