Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services, engage pet parents, and ensure pet safety. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in pet care, customer service, and salon operations in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness, recommend products, and ensure safe environment.
- Assist other departments and respond to pet health issues.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have pet handling comfort, customer service skills, computer proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to lift 50+ lbs in a fast-paced, pet-filled setting.
