Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our Mt Laurel, New Jersey location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. This entry-level role emphasizes pet safety, salon excellence, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary shaves per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent consultations in-person and via phone.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend wellness products.
• Ensure pet safety, respond to emergencies, and assist across departments as needed.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and excellent communication. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing for shifts, and working in wet/noisy environments with live animals.
