Role Overview

The Pet Bather role is perfect for animal lovers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll deliver professional bathing services, engage pet parents, and ensure salon excellence while upholding PetSmart's safety standards and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per company standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and provide exceptional pet parent experiences.
• Maintain salon/store cleanliness and recommend health/wellness solutions.
• Ensure pet safety, respond to emergencies, and assist other departments as needed.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include lifting up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), standing, and working in a pet-filled environment with moderate noise and wetness.
