Role Overview

As a Pet Bather in our North Wales, PA location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care experience with room for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
• Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
• Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
• Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as required.

Experience & Skills

No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with pets. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand for shifts, and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays. Proficiency in computers and composure under pressure essential.

Physical Demands

Expect standing, lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), exposure to wet environments, pet hair, and moderate noise. Depth perception required for safe pet handling.
