Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety, cleanliness, and PetSmart's values. Full-time role with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure pet safety; transport injured pets to vet if needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and recommend products.
- Assist other departments and follow all policies.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level welcome. Need pet handling comfort, computer skills, pressure composure, organizational detail, and communication. Physically demanding: lift 50lbs+, stand/walk extensively, work in wet/noisy pet environments.
