Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Ocoee store, you'll engage pet parents and pets, delivering top-tier salon services while upholding safety and cleanliness. This entry-level role offers hands-on pet care, customer interaction, and growth opportunities in a fun, pet-filled environment.
Essential Physical Demands
Expect to stand, walk, lift up to 50lbs (team lift 100lbs+), stoop, kneel, and work in wet, noisy settings with live animals. Depth perception required; reasonable accommodations available.
Key Responsibilities
Complete Splash training; handle check-ins/outs; perform baths, nail trims, teeth brushing; ensure safe environments; recommend solutions; maintain cleanliness; assist departments; follow policies.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience needed—training provided. Seek pet lovers with computer skills, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, organization, communication, and composure under pressure.
