Role Overview
As a Pet Bather, you'll deliver exceptional salon services while engaging pet parents. Uphold PetSmart's vision by ensuring pet safety, recommending wellness solutions, and maintaining a clean environment. This entry-level role offers flexibility and impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification.
- Perform full bath/brush services, nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary care per standards.
- Handle check-in/out, reservations, and pet parent interactions.
- Identify and address sick/injured pets, transporting to vet if needed.
- Maintain salon/store cleanliness and assist other departments.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, standing, and working in a pet-filled environment with moderate noise.
