Role Overview
As a Pet Bather in our Orange, CA location, you'll deliver exceptional grooming services while engaging pet parents. Uphold safety standards, recommend wellness solutions, and contribute to store cleanliness. Ideal for animal lovers seeking flexible, rewarding entry-level work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Splash training and perform bath/brush, nail trims, teeth brushing per standards.
- Greet pet parents, handle check-in/out, reservations, and sales register.
- Ensure safe environment; transport sick pets to vet if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as required.
- Recommend products/services to enhance pet health.
Experience & Skills
No prior experience required—training provided. Need proficiency in computers, strong communication, organizational skills, and composure under pressure. Must lift 50+ lbs, stand extensively, work flexible hours including weekends/holidays. Passion for pets essential.
Physical Demands
Expect wet environments, pet hair, moderate noise, animal handling, lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift 100+ lbs), standing/walking, reaching/stooping.
